Actions That Bring You Pure Bliss

Its VITAL you discover the thing that balances your mind, body and spirit. It's the very action that keeps you in a positive mind cycle, and when you do it, you feel what's called pura dicha. Pure Bliss in spanish. It's something you DO and brings you a feeling that all is wonderfully right in your world.

It is a habit you depend on that when you do that thing, it frees your mind and body of overload. It sings your souls whisper and keeps you in sync with who you want to be in life. It also gives off a signal in the body by way of neurotransmitters, and as a result, a renewal happens that feels like mind freedom

 Savvy is my daughter and she's just 13.  In this video she swims like a sea goddess in the deep blue waters of Mexico. When Savvy goes in the ocean, she's a different person when she comes out. Pura dicha exists in this action for her. She'll say, "when I'm older, I'm buying a boat so I can take people on snorkeling tours all day."

It's got to be something positive. Otherwise you'll find yourself with destructive or disempowering habits like smoking, drinking, overeating, etc.

Make the effort to make a change. You are worth it.
